Important Notes:
- Defective products require photos or video to be eligible. Send the materials to care@voltacharger.com along with your order number.
- The lifetime warranty only applies to products that are still being sold on the VOLTA website.
- A refund option is not available after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
At VoltaCharger, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and ensures fair support for all purchases.
Current Warranty Coverage:
- Cables & Accessories – 16-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Power Banks & Chargers – 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Previous Lifetime Warranty:
We previously offered a lifetime warranty on select USB-C magnetic cables, including Volta 2.0, Volta XL, and Volta Spark. However, this warranty was subject to product availability, as technology in the electronics industry evolves rapidly.
Due to advancements from major tech brands (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.), older charging cables become obsolete over time. Once our manufacturing partners discontinue materials necessary for production, we can no longer offer replacements, making the lifetime warranty void for discontinued products.
To ensure customers are informed, we typically run clearance sales before discontinuing a product, allowing customers to stock up at a reduced price before it is officially retired.
Why the Change?
Some customers expressed concerns about the previous warranty conditions, leading us to revise our policy. Our current 16-month warranty for cables and 12-month warranty for power banks provides a fair and transparent coverage period for all purchases.
How the Warranty Works:
- The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- It does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, misuse, or product modifications.
- If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or repair, depending on availability.
- Discontinued products are not covered once they are out of stock.
