These are great!! Perfect fit for my phone. They cables and tips seems to be solidly built/
Will be purchasing more for the rest of the family.
Happy to be part of the Volta family!!!!
I like the tips well. Only negative about it is its VERY hard to get out once it is charged. I have to pry it out. Hopefully it will loosen some, with time.
Excellent Cable ! Works very well with iPhone 13 Pro !
Only con, it comes all the way from Australia (would be nice to have a relay in Europe).
VOLTA 2.0 Right Angle + 3 Tips
Works incredibly well.
I’m never using another charger again.
It works great
I really love and a fan of your products and considering the quality of it. Don't just see it, buy it! And y'all know what I'm talking about! You never understand the meaning of "tidiness" and "neatness" plus all the savings you would in the long run, compared to wires that came from a box or other brands as well.
Despite that, I have still got 2 cables(one also excellent cable from Samsung and one thunderbolt 4 cable) other than Volta lying around just for one Reason....
Wanna know what makes that "almost satisfying" part is?
That is the connectivity and transfer speed~
->The bummer is that I purchased this for "one cable fits it all" concept and reduce wear and tear on the device's plug its own. The problem is that the power bank we have today have (1 USB-c + 1 USB-A) combination, and is annoying that if all my devices have already inserted the Volta Spark Plug but only one side of the cable is capable of magnetically plugged to the Volta Spark Plug(tip/adapter). So it loses the point when it is magnetically charged to the power bank, but when I have to charge another device, I would have to again use the "picker" to pull the Volta plug out from one the the device(usually the power bank), just to able to connect the side that oddly does not have a "MAGNETIC" function.
In addition, you just can't count on this when transfering files and data to another device(even though its stability and reliability to transfer is outstanding because of the quality of the cable) due to its "USB 2.0" speed being compromised by the ability to charge. So when every time I have to transfer some files, I'll have to waste time and effort to pick the plug out and plug another Thunderbolt 4 cable to it, and then tediously(instead of seamlessly) reinsert the plug back (just for the sake to "save time"), which causes "wear&tear" again, just like both sides are not "magnetically charged", because for almost everytime you disconnect it, you just need the plug to be removed with the cable together...
Anyway, I would totally recommend you this cable if you do not have the scenario above(which I bet you have) or you haven't totally transitioned to Thunderbolt 4 ecosystem/ "ALL-IN" USB-C PD ports.
***So, here's the conclusion, on your next approach
1.Make BOTH SIDES of the cable MAGNETIC!
2. Get verified by intel and obtain Thunderbolt 4 functionality and also be compatible to USB4 ports (Getting that incorporated/embedded into that shouldn't be that difficult "being marketed" as a "superior brand" in terms of pricing; people usual don't quite care about the price that much (when buying this product for the long term) as long it fits/matches the value to the title of "quality") Plus, this might just raise the CP-value for it, making it (appear) more attractive (especially to new customers) than other unknown brands
->Looking forward on your INDIEGOGO Insider Campaign:)
So far, so good, Especially the new one(200W power brick, I wonder if there is a "only-USBC PD" option or at least one USBC PD that supports 210+W for my power-hungry devices...) coming/(goes shipping) on November
3. "VOLTA Blink Magnetic Power Bank" available to US/Worldwide
4. Although I have fully transitioned to "USB-C ALL-IN", but the world hasn't, so I was wondering if there is an USB-A adapter/tips for Volta Spark Cables(For your chargers)...
If not, that's totally great, this pushes the world to use the "Universal USB-C" connector
5.(not important) Perhaps, Accept more currency(e.g. HKD)?(I have alot of friend wanted to purchase it, but did not buy it because of that, so it is me everytime bringing that back to them) So you can imagine the quality of this, even the regions Volta did not "intention" to "market" and sell, knows and wants this superior quality of this product!!!!
If you accomplished the first 2 initiatives above mentioned, all problems/issue will simply wipe&go away
Despite all that, The sleek feel and authentic look is exceptional!! It just (Volta) "spark" my creativity and refreshes+ease my day!
My cable management got onto a new level!
No more rummaging through the tangled cables, the Volta Spark just snaps on to the wright position automatically!
I apparently bought the Volta 2.0 cable with 2x micro usb connectors and 2x lightning connectors 20 days ago. I received an email asking me to review my purchase, althought I’m finding this really funny and stupid at the same time.
I still haven’t received anything, its been 20+ days and nothing received and asking me then to do a review...
Really bad automatisation review mails. You should only get this 20 days after your purchase is received.
The magnetic tips work great. There are random times where it takes a bit to get the tip to snap to the cable. But otherwise works just great. The odd quirk is in the Type-C tip, where if you connect the tip in one way, it doesn't charge. But flip the tip, and it works. This is contrast to what Type-C is supposed to be -- reversible. And the tip should be able to charge regardless of the orientation the cable snaps to the tip, like Type-C.
Truly, one cable to rule them all. PD charging for my iPhone, iPad, power bank and many other gadgets with strong enough magnets. The ultimate cable that suits all my needs.
Extra VOLTA Spark™ Tip
Never really thought i needed such a device, now I wonder how I lived without it.
Sometimes I have to re-connect the lead to phone. Thats still better than plugging in a cable
