I spend a LOT of time on my phone and tablet and this has caused the death of more than a few cords. Having tried other regular right hand styled cords I wanted to upgrade. Boy did I ever, great adhesiveness yet easily disengaged bonus for it being able to attach left or right. I have ordered extras and a non angled one for my car.

I have a couple of these along with a dozen of the normal ones. every device every device i use has one of these. the right angle are useful for phone charging while using your phone in portrait mode, also for my keyboard so the cord goes straight back instead of shooting out to the side.

This is my third purchase from Volta which really says it all. The gear is good quality and does the job it’s supposed to. As a UK buyer it’s not cheap especially with having delivery supplements to add due to Covid-19 but you get what you pay for.

Let me preface this by saying this is the 2nd order I've made in less than 6 months. The 1st one arrived after a painfully long waiting time (around 2 months). I live in the US, so longer shipping times are to be expected coming from Australia. With COVID-19 drastically impacting the demand for online retail, my wait time, at no fault of Volta, was exponentially increased further. When I received my first order (cable and magnetic tips), I used it in my truck for 2 days before it broke. However, this was my fault entirely. While it concerned me that a cable could disconnect from the USB end of the cable that easily, it wouldn't have happened had I been a bit more careful. I emailed Volta about this, and, as always, had an almost immediate and sincerely helpful response. When they asked what happened, i told them it was my fault. When they said they could offer replacement if I could send the broken one back (for improving product durability), I told them it must've gotten thrown away accidentally. They then proceeded to process a replacement order with free shipping, despite my candor and lack of proof.

I don't say this lightly and mean it in the best way......I find it amazing that a company with a product so brilliant in its simplicity can still find a way to make their customer service the best part of the experience. I will order exclusively from Volta as long as I have a phone. They've more than earned it.
