Great product and service
You filled a need. I was always fiddling with the charging cable for my headset at night and had also accidently dropped it a couple times due to my grabbing it without realizing it was plugged it. The symmetrical, magnetic charger was perfect for that. And the red matched my computer to boot! Customer service was excellent. On the site, I asked what I thought was a chat bot a question and it was a real person! Nice touch. I believe his name was Brian and he was very helpful.
After ordering my charging cable, I got no less than 5 emails the following two days. That's too much. I thought the Route app concept was pretty cool but it didn't work. I tried a few things within the app but I didn't get one notification in it and couldn't track my package using it. I eventually got an email from the shipper and that was good enough but messing with the Route app was a waste of time.
